Albion is currently looking for an Equine Outside Sales Representative in a region with strong equine potential and a focus on horse-related activities, for the territory of South Florida, based in Wellington. Requirements: What you'll be doing ... Working in outside sales as a saddle fitting specialist in direct contact with equine professionals. You'll apply your unique sales talents and passion for the equine world to: * Become the most talented technical advisor within your territory * Develop and manage your customer base independently (Amateurs, Trainers, Pro-Riders, Barns) * Represent Albion at horse shows * Create a unique experience for clients through your knowledge and best-in-class customer service Sales Representative Requirements: * Prior successful field sales experience * A clean driving record and are ready to hit the road * Excellent interpersonal skills * Strong organizational skills and are an independent and dynamic person * A passionate rider with an understanding of the US riding industry and horse shows Sales Representative Benefits: * Fixed salary and unlimited commission potential * Company car + gas card + iPhone and iPad * We will cover 100% of your personal health insurance costs through our carrier (medical, dental and vision), in addition to your base pay and commission * We offer a 4 weeks training program, and tailored continuous training and support * 401k Sales Representative Salary: Year 1: Potential of $57.5K (base + unlimited commission) Year 2: Potential of $87k (base + unlimited commission)
