Commercial grounds maintenance sales/account management position Four Seasons Services is a local leader in the full service grounds management and snow and ice control services in the Spokane and Cda area since 1996. We are currently seeking a self motivated sales and customer service professional. . Valid WA drivers license with clean driving record High school diploma WA pesticide license and/or certified arborist designation a plus (need willingness to study and attain over time if not) Basic understanding of irrigation system components and workings 3 years verifiable green industry experience or equivalent direct sales history Physically fit with ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly Responsible to cold call-b2b direct market for commercial grounds maintenance snow and ice control contract sales as well as run incoming warm commercial company provided leads Incoming residential sales leads and opportunity to be given to you as well. Cloverleaf neighborhood marketing is required with these leads to generate more leads and tighter route densities in slower sales periods. Handling customer service of existing clientele with the potential for up sells Customer service detail touchup field work as necessary. (garbage pickup, weed pulling,/spraying, light hand pruning etc.) Overall being a team player in a smaller tight knit family corporate environment with hands on ownership and decision making. *Targeted annual compensation 55-70k *45k base salary over 12 months *Sales goals 350-550k annually *Commission on all new sales and upsells paid monthly tracking client progressive payments for the first year assuming they come in to hourly job production estimation tolerances which we analyze monthly *Service area Spokane and CDA *Working hours are 8-5 Mon-Friday (winter services work are the exception) . *Weekly lawn mowing *Small tree and shrub pruning *Core aeration and over seeding Full spraying services: lawns, beds, trees and shrubs, EPC, ground sterilization, noxious *Field rough area mowing *Full sprinkler maintenance services *Small landscape enhancements *Snow plowing salt, sand and liquid deice service Spokane-Post Falls *Holiday Lighting services Benefits: Company vehicle at 60 days of employment Company Smart phone.
