Position: Health Insurance Sales Agent Location: Boca Raton, FL Hours: Monday to Friday, 11:00 AM - 7:00 PM About Our Client Our client is a growing leader in the health insurance space, with a focus on under-65 limited medical products. They provide a supportive and high-energy work environment, designed for individuals who are passionate about sales and motivated by performance-based success. With a strong marketing engine delivering inbound calls, agents have the opportunity to engage with ready-to- convert prospects daily.

Key Responsibilities

:

• Sell limited medical health insurance products to qualified leads
• Manage and convert inbound calls into successful sales
• Identify client needs and recommend suitable coverage options
• Maintain compliance with industry regulations and company policies
• Possibility to expand into selling life insurance products
• Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales activity

Requirements

:

• Sales experience is required
• Experience in health insurance sales is strongly preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Self-motivated with a results-driven approach
• Ability to thrive in a commission-only environment
• Must be able to work on-site in Boca Raton, FL

Compensation

& Growth:

• Pure commission-based role
• Average earning potential: $1,000 - $1,500 weekly
• Commission structure: 35% of premium, 60% on add-ons
• Inbound marketing support - no cold calling required
