Job description Wholesale Payments is looking for a Recruiting Specialist to help us recruit top sales agents nationwide. In this role, you will reach out to applicants, make cold calls, and manage candidate data through spreadsheets. This is an hourly position, paid weekly with performance-based bonuses and incentives, offering a chance to make a meaningful impact on our sales teams. Key Responsibilities: * Source & Recruit: Identify and recruit qualified candidates through cold calling and outreach to applicants. * Screen & Interview: Conduct interviews and evaluate candidates for suitability. * Data Management: Track recruitment activities and candidate details in spreadsheets. * Collaborate: Work closely with Sales Managers to meet needs and transfer qualified candidates. Qualifications: * Experience: Prior recruitment, sales, or telemarketing experience is a plus. * Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written skills. * Organizational Skills: Ability to manage data and track progress accurately. * Goal-Oriented: Motivated to meet recruitment goals and exceed targets.
