Overview

We're hiring an Experienced Opener / Inside Sales Rep to make outbound calls to business owners, qualify prospects, and connect them with our senior underwriters. You'll be the first voice they hear -- setting the tone for long-term client relationships and serious commissions. What You 'll Do

• Make outbound calls daily to small business owners
• Engage, qualify, and warm up leads for our underwriting team
• Transfer or schedule appointments for senior underwriting specialists
• Accurately log call notes and update the CRM system
• Collaborate with teammates to maximize conversions and earnings What We 're Looking For
• 3+ years of cold calling, inside sales, or telemarketing experience (financial or B2B preferred)
• Confident communicator with strong phone presence
• Motivated, reliable, and coachable
• Comfortable working from proven scripts and hitting goals
• Team player with a positive attitude and drive to win
• In Office Only, not a remote or hybrid position What We Offer
