Position Overview We're hiring an Experienced Opener / Inside Sales Rep to make outbound calls to business owners, qualify prospects, and connect them with our senior underwriters. You'll be the first voice they hear -- setting the tone for long-term client relationships and serious commissions. What You 'll Do * Make outbound calls daily to small business owners * Engage, qualify, and warm up leads for our underwriting team * Transfer or schedule appointments for senior underwriting specialists * Accurately log call notes and update the CRM system * Collaborate with teammates to maximize conversions and earnings What We 're Looking For * 3+ years of cold calling, inside sales, or telemarketing experience (financial or B2B preferred) * Confident communicator with strong phone presence * Motivated, reliable, and coachable * Comfortable working from proven scripts and hitting goals * Team player with a positive attitude and drive to win * In Office Only, not a remote or hybrid position What We Offer * Base pay + commission + daily/weekly bonuses (spiffs) * Full-time, in-office position with a motivating environment * Career growth path - start as an opener, grow into a closer * We are constantly promoting the ones with hard work ethic * Ongoing sales training and mentorship * Fun, competitive atmosphere where your work pays off Earning Potential Top performers earn (base + commissions + bonuses) If you know how to open doors and keep the energy up, you'll fit right in.
