Job Overview: We're looking for outgoing and motivated Roofing Sales Representatives to help us grow. You'll be the face of our company, meeting potential customers, checking out their roofing needs, and helping them find the right solutions. No roofing experience? No problem, we'll provide the training you need to get up to speed. What You 'll Do: * Find new leads through door-to-door, cold calling, and referrals. * Perform roof inspections and offer recommendations. * Present our roofing services, explain options, and provide estimates. * Build strong relationships with customers and guide them through the process. * Hit your sales goals and help grow the business. * Keep up with the latest in roofing products and industry trends. * Work closely with our project team to ensure a smooth installation process. What We 're Looking For: * Sales experience (roofing or construction is a plus but not required). * Great communication and people skills. * A self-starter who's motivated to reach and exceed sales goals. * Able to work independently and manage your time well. * Comfortable with door-to-door and cold calling. * A valid driver's license and reliable vehicle.
