Responsibilities * Guide clients through the buying process by providing expert advice and support. * Conduct market research to stay informed about property values, trends, and local neighborhoods. * Prepare and present property listings to potential buyers or renters. * Negotiate offers and counteroffers on behalf of clients to ensure favorable terms. * Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Fair Housing regulations to ensure compliance in all transactions. * Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries and concerns promptly. * Manage property showings, open houses, and client meetings effectively. * Collaborate with other real estate professionals such as mortgage brokers, appraisers, and inspectors as needed. * Utilize organizational skills to maintain accurate records of transactions and client interactions.
