Responsibilities * Engage with potential customers through outbound calls, cold calling, and in-person interactions to generate sales opportunities. * Develop and maintain a robust sales pipeline by prospecting new clients and nurturing existing leads. * Conduct effective negotiations to close deals while ensuring customer satisfaction. * Present vehicle features, benefits, and financing options clearly and persuasively to diverse clientele. * Upsell additional products or services to maximize sales revenue. * Manage inventory control and assist with inventory management processes to ensure optimal stock levels. * Utilize CRM software to track customer interactions, follow-ups, and sales progress. * Support marketing initiatives by participating in promotional events and public speaking engagements when necessary. * Maintain excellent phone etiquette and communication skills to build rapport with customers. * Collaborate with the sales team to develop strategies for increasing retail sales and expanding market reach. * Provide outstanding customer service throughout the entire sales process, ensuring a positive dealership experience. Requirements * Proven experience in automobile sales, retail sales, or B2B sales; dealership experience is preferred. * Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple clients and sales processes simultaneously. * Excellent negotiation, communication, and public speaking skills. * Proficiency with CRM software, inventory management systems, and retail math calculations. * Ability to perform high-end sales, upselling, and closing deals effectively. * Multilingual or bilingual capabilities are a plus for serving diverse customer bases. * Experience with outbound sales strategies including cold calling and lead generation. * Knowledge of automotive inventory control, marketing techniques, and dealership operations. * Strong interpersonal skills with a focus on customer service excellence.
