Responsibilities * Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the commercial sector to drive company growth. * Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve sales targets and expand the customer base. * Build and maintain strong relationships with industry professionals, property managers, and potential clients. * Represent GreenEarth Midwest at networking events and industry functions to enhance brand visibility. * Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and market opportunities to inform business development strategies. * Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client needs are met and service quality is maintained. Qualifications * Proven experience in business development, sales, or a related field, preferably within landscaping, construction, or design. * Strong knowledge of the landscaping industry, including services and market dynamics. * Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. * Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently. * Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite. * Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, Landscape Architecture, or a related field (preferred).
