Bountiful Mazda is growing and currently seeking experienced Car Sales Consultants to join our Automotive Dealership. Prior Car Sales experience is preferred for this role. Industry leading schedule ( 5-day work weeks, day off during the week TBD upon hire) * Paid training * Competitive compensation package * Great people with a great culture, fun atmosphere! * Paid Time Off * Medical, Dental, and Vision * Employee pricing on Vehicle Purchase, Parts, and Service (E-PLAN) Here 's what you'll need: * Experience in automotive sales is preferred but not required * Strong communication skills, written and verbal * Must be 18 years or older and be authorized to work in the U .S * A valid in-state driver's license and a good driving record, per company standards Here's what you'll be doing: * Lead customers through the sales process including vehicle selection and test drive * Perform high-quality, professional, and knowledgeable presentation and demonstration of new and used vehicles/cars * Use Customer Relationship Management tool to effectively track all customer interactions * Effectively educate customers on Bountiful Mazda benefits * Present customer Deal Structure and additional finance products * Follow up with customers and maintain high customer satisfaction * Develop additional sales skills and techniques through ongoing training * Complete all ongoing Mazda Certification training to keep up to date with New Mazda Vehicle features and benefits * Represent Bountiful Mazda with integrity, honesty, and transparency * Create engaging videos showcasing new car inventory, upload content to social media platforms, and leverage personal marketing to drive customer engagement and sales at our new car dealership.
