Job Overview We are seeking a motivated and dynamic New Home Sales Consultant to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for guiding potential homebuyers through the sales process, showcasing our homes, and providing exceptional customer service. You will play a crucial role in helping clients find their dream homes. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, organizational abilities, and a passion for real estate. Responsibilities You will be responsible for engaging with the customer and guiding them through the home buying experience by: * Marketing and prospecting through various platforms * Following up with leads to schedule appointments * Presenting product and design options * Assessing customers financial qualifications * Guiding customers through financing options and processes * Educating customers through the construction process When You 'll Be Doing It: * 5-day work week, Saturdays required * Closed on Sundays, one day off during the week 8-week training pay Join us as we help individuals and families find their perfect new homes! Qualifications * Strong customer service and communication skills * Proven sales experience with a focus on prospecting and marketing * Knowledge of Fair Housing regulations and real estate law * Excellent organizational skills and administrative experience * Negotiation skills and ability to work in a bilingual or multilingual environment * Familiarity with property management practices and real estate administrative tasks Job Type: Full-time Pay: $75,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year Benefits: * Dental insurance * Health insurance * Vision insurance Schedule: * 8 hour shift Ability to Commute: * Summerdale, AL 36580 (Preferred) Ability to Relocate: * Summerdale, AL 36580: Relocate before starting work (Preferred) Work Location: In person
