As a fast-growing company, we are driven by science, innovation, and results--and we are expanding our commercial team to accelerate sales growth in the dental and medical markets. Position Overview We are seeking a results-driven Brand Ambassador Sales Manager to grow our national Brand Ambassador Program while also executing key marketing and social media initiatives. This role plays a direct role in driving sales, increasing product adoption, expanding brand awareness, and engaging customers across digital platforms. The ideal candidate is a confident sales professional with strong marketing instincts who thrives in both face-to-face selling environments and digital engagement , and who can motivate Brand Ambassadors while actively representing ioTech online and in the field. Key Responsibilities Sales Leadership & Revenue Growth * Drive sales growth by recruiting, training, and managing a nationwide network of Brand Ambassadors focused on product advocacy and sales performance. * Promote ioTech products directly to dental and medical professionals, influencing purchasing decisions and increasing in-office adoption. * Represent ioTech International at major dental and medical trade shows and conferences, generating leads and supporting sales initiatives. * Work closely with the Director of sales to support sales growth, lead follow-up, and pipeline development. * Track, analyze, and report ambassador performance, lead generation, and sales impact using CRM and ambassador management platforms. Brand Ambassador Program Management * Recruit high-performing, sales-focused Brand Ambassadors nationwide. * Onboard, train, coach, and motivate ambassadors to drive measurable sales results. * Serve as the primary point of contact and ongoing coach for Brand Ambassadors. * Develop sales and marketing tools, training materials, and messaging for ambassador use. Marketing & Social Media Responsibilities * Actively manage and create content for ioTech's social media platforms, including Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, YouTube, and other relevant channels. * Create, post, and manage social media content , including short-form videos, educational posts, product highlights, and ambassador features. * Engage with customers, followers, and dental professionals by responding to comments, messages, and inquiries across platforms. * Support social media marketing campaigns that drive product awareness, engagement, and sales. * Collaborate with the marketing team to align digital campaigns with sales promotions, product launches, and trade show activity. * Leverage social media and digital engagement to support Brand Ambassador visibility and performance. Qualifications * 5 years proven sales experience , preferably in dental, medical, pharmaceutical, or healthcare-related industries. * Strong ability to motivate, coach, and manage individuals toward sales goals. * Experience with social media marketing, content creation, and video posting. * Excellent communication, presentation, and public speaking skills. * Confident, outgoing personality with strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills. * Familiarity with dental terminology is a plus. * Comfortable using CRM systems and digital marketing tools. * Highly organized, self-motivated, and results-oriented. * Willingness to travel up to 20% for trade shows and events.
