Responsibilities: * Provide exceptional customer service and demonstrate professional behavior! * The ability to verbalize all basic features and benefits of all vehicle models. * Provide excellent customer service and maintain above average CSI. * Acquire and maintain product knowledge. * Participate in the manufacturer's and the dealership's training programs.
