Care Crew Home Care is a nurse practitioner -owned, locally operated home care agencyserving the Dallas-Fort Worth area. We are known for our clinical strength, compassionate approach, and strong community relationships. As we continue to grow, we are seeking an Account Executive/Community Liaison to expand our community presence and guide families through the process of starting home care services. This role blends relationship development, family engagement, and intake support. While healthcare or home care experience is helpful, it is not required. We are open to professionals with experience in sales, business development, account management, or relationship-based roles who are motivated to learn the senior care space. Position Overview The Account Executive/Community Liaison serves as a key connector between community partners, families, and the Care Crew team. This role focuses on building trusted relationships, supporting families during important care decisions, and helping convert inquiries into active home care services. Success in this role is driven by communication, follow-through, and a relationship-first mindset--not pressure-based selling. Key Responsibilities Community Relationships & Growth * Build and maintain relationships with community partners and referral sources across DFW * Represent Care Crew at community meetings, in-services, and networking events * Serve as a consistent point of contact for partners and referral sources * Educate partners on Care Crew's services, clinical strengths, and care approach Family Engagement & Conversion * Meet with prospective clients and families (in person or virtual) to: * Understand care needs, concerns, and goals * Explain home care options and Care Crew's approach * Guide families through next steps toward starting care * Provide timely and thoughtful follow-up to support decision-making * Collaborate with intake, nursing, and operations teams to ensure smooth onboarding Intake & Lead Support * Participate in a rotating intake call schedule for inbound inquiries * Respond promptly and compassionately to calls from families and partners * Gather preliminary intake information and ensure accurate documentation * Track leads, follow-ups, referrals, and outcomes using internal systems and software Organization & Accountability * Maintain visibility into pipeline activity and referral trends * Share feedback with leadership regarding community needs and opportunities * Balance field-based outreach with phone-based follow-up and documentation Qualifications Required * 3+ years of experience in sales, business development, account management, or relationship-based roles * Proven ability to build trust and move opportunities forward * Strong communication and follow-up skills * Comfort meeting with families during emotional or high-decision moments * Highly organized with strong attention to detail * Ability to work independently while collaborating with a team * Valid driver's license Preferred (but not required) * Experience in healthcare, home care, hospice, or related fields * Experience with consultative or solution-based selling * Familiarity with intake, admissions, or client onboarding * Comfort using CRM or lead-tracking systems Prior home care experience and existing referral contacts are not required. Training and support will be provided.
