Automotive Sales Manager Lead the Floor. Drive Results. Build a Winning Team. Capital Nissan of Wilmington is seeking an experienced and dynamic Automotive Sales Manager to lead our sales team and drive dealership success. This role is ideal for a proven automotive leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment, knows how to develop talent, and is passionate about delivering an exceptional customer experience while achieving strong results. What You 'll Be Doing: * Lead, coach, and motivate the sales team to exceed individual and dealership-wide sales goals * Develop and execute sales strategies that drive performance, profitability, and growth * Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer preferences to stay competitive * Establish, track, and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to guide decision-making * Deliver ongoing training focused on product knowledge, sales process, and customer experience * Ensure consistent execution of Capital's sales standards and processes * Foster a positive, high-performance sales culture built on accountability and teamwork * Perform additional duties as assigned What We 're Looking For: * Proven experience in automotive sales; sales management experience strongly preferred * Strong understanding of automotive products, market trends, and effective sales strategies * Experience using CRM systems and sales analytics to drive performance * A hands-on leader who can inspire, develop, and hold teams accountable * Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, results-driven environment * Must successfully pass pre-employment background screenings What We Offer: * Competitive pay * Health insurance * Paid Time Off (PTO) * 401(k) w/company match * Career growth opportunities within a large, growing organization Why Capital?
