Responsibilities * Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve company objectives and revenue targets. * Identify and pursue new business opportunities through calling, networking, and referrals. * Manage existing accounts, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and retention. * Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to potential clients, showcasing the value of our offerings. * Collaborate with marketing teams to align sales strategies with promotional initiatives. * Utilize CRM software to track sales activities, manage leads, and analyze performance metrics. * Provide insights on market trends and competitor activities to inform product development and marketing strategies. * Engage in upselling opportunities within existing accounts to maximize revenue potential. * Lead negotiations with clients to close deals effectively while maintaining strong customer relationships. * Participate in ongoing training and professional development to enhance sales techniques and product knowledge. Requirements * Proven experience in outside sales, with a focus on technology sales preferred. * Strong background in account management and territory management. * Proficiency in CRM software . * Excellent negotiation skills with a customer-centric approach. * Ability to conduct thorough market analysis and identify growth opportunities. * Experience in direct sales, inside sales, or retail sales is a plus. * Strong lead generation skills with the ability to convert prospects into loyal customers. * Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, with a knack for delivering compelling product demos. * Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment. * A proactive attitude towards problem-solving and customer service excellence.
