We are Texas based Temporary Staffing Company seeking a leader to manage and grow our branch office in the South Dallas area. We specialize in providing Temporary to Hire staffing placements predominantly for Warehouse and Manufacturing clients in the North Texas market. Candidates for this position must have a minimum of 3 to 5 years of Staffing experience in a leadership role and must have a successful track record of selling and managing a team of recruiters. The Selling Branch Manager will be responsible for opening and leading the daily operations of our branch while driving business growth through effective sales strategies. This role combines branch management with active sales responsibilities, requiring a dynamic leader who can balance operational excellence with proactive business development. Key Responsibilities: Sales and Business Development: * Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve branch revenue goals. * Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the light industrial sector. * Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their staffing needs and providing tailored solutions. * Conduct regular client visits and sales presentations to promote our services. Branch Management: * Oversee all branch operations, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures. * Manage, mentor, and develop branch staff, including recruiters and administrative personnel. * Monitor branch performance metrics and implement corrective actions as needed. * Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction by delivering exceptional service. Recruitment and Staffing: * Collaborate with the recruitment team to source, screen, and place qualified candidates. * Ensure timely and accurate placement of temporary and permanent staff to meet client needs. * Maintain an active pipeline of candidates to support current and future staffing demands. Financial Management: * Analyze financial reports to monitor branch performance and profitability. * Develop strategies to improve financial outcomes and achieve business objectives. Compliance and Safety: * Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations. * Implement and enforce safety policies and procedures to maintain a safe working environment for staff and temporary employees. Qualifications: * Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, or a related field preferred. * Minimum of 3 years of experience in a leadership role in the staffing industry. * Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and business growth objectives. * Strong leadership and team management skills. * Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. * Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. * Proficient in MS Office Suite and staffing industry software.
