The Role The Client Account Manager position is a multifaceted role that combines high- level sales strategy with community engagement. You will be responsible for initiating direct contact with clients to promote mission-critical goals, ensuring our non-profit partners receive the funding and awareness they need to succeed. Key Responsibilities * Act as the primary Client Account Manager for our non-profit partner, initiating direct contact with the public to promote their mission and goals. * Drive sales revenue through personalized account management, ensuring consistent growth for our 501(c)(3) partners. * Handle confidential customer information with the utmost ease and professional discretion. * Develop and present innovative sales campaign ideas to Senior Management to optimize regional performance. * As a Client Account Manager, you will track campaign sales performance and identify specific areas for improvement to exceed targets. * Attend local Mobile community events to bolster brand awareness and expand the non-profit's reach across the Port City. Qualifications * To excel as a Client Account Manager, you must be a confident communicator who thrives in a fast-paced environment. We are looking for a Client Account Manager who understands the local landscape and can manage individual accounts with precision. * Previous background in sales, client services, account management, or brand management is highly preferred. * High confidence in interacting with customers and a natural ability to close sales through relationship building. * Exceptional attention to detail and the ability to multitask while managing high-priority client accounts. * Must be 18+ years of age and authorized to work in the US. * Ability to commute daily to our professional onsite office in Mobile, AL.
