Company: PestX Compensation: Uncapped Commission ($25k-$150k Annually) The Role PestX is seeking a high-energy Sales Representative for our 2026 growth season. You will be responsible for identifying residential pest issues and selling customized protection plans to homeowners. This role is built for hard workers who want to control their income through performance. Key Responsibilities * Lead Generation: Proactively seek for new business via door-to-door canvassing, networking, and following up on company leads. * Inspections: Conduct home inspections to identify pest activity and risks. * Closing: Present solutions and close contracts for recurring pest and termite services. * What 's In It For You? * Unlimited Earnings: Competitive uncapped commission. * Tools for Success: In-house training to help get you prepared for everything you'll face out selling. * Training: Paid AI Feedback and state licensing assistance.
