Sales Operations Fast growing hotel/motel supplies company in the Richmond VA area seeking individual to support our sales and warehouse team. We are looking for a talented, organized individual to assist our operations * Receiving Orders, Resolving customer issues, booking orders, and other sales related activities * Meeting Monthly Sales Targets * Daily Route Planning for organizing customer deliveries * Data Entry and management in accounting software * Inventory, counting planning and reporting * Assisting with pulling orders on emergency basis for customers * Verifying incoming and outgoing shipping * Daily Paperwork submission to corporate / accounting * other ad hoc duties needed to support GM and Upper Management Technical skills: Ms office, MS Excel proficient at an Intermediate level, windows, and basic IT knowledge. Forklift, electric pallet jack ,and warehouse operations is a bonus Job Type: Full-time Pay: From $45,000.00 per year Benefits: * Paid time off Education: * High school or equivalent (Preferred) Experience: * operations: 4 years (Preferred) Work Location: In person
