*MEMCO is hiring a Bilingual Sales Representative in the Smyrna area! Full-Time & Long-Term Schedule: M-F 9a-5p *Pay: $300-$400/weekly; BOE + Commission ($50k OTE) on top of base. Job Overview: We are looking for a highly motivated Sales Representative*.* The Representative drives revenue by selling the company's low voltage, security and networking/IT solutions to commercial and institutional clients. They will require a blend of technical abilities, consultative selling skills , and strong client relationship building. * Responsibilities* : * Meet sales goals and performance targets * Promote and explain the company's products and services * Identify and prospect new clients * Conduct daily prospect visits to understand needs, propose personalized solutions * Maintain and update client database and CRM * Collaborate with Operations and Administrative teams to ensure timely installation and client support * Monitor market trends and provide valuable market feedback to management for strategic commercial adjustments * Generate proposals and actively follow up on prospective sales to closure * Requirements* : * Bilingual (English/Spanish) required * MUST be able to pass a pre-employment drug screen * Minimum 1 year in B2B sales in the technology sector or similar roles although training will be provided for the right candidates * Valid driver's license and reliable transportation * Willingness to drive up to 50% of the time or more * Ability to use digital tools, CRM, and communication tools * Strong communication and negotiation skills * Problem-solving and handling customer objections Apply Today! *Submit your resume to [please apply online],com or call us at 770-[please apply online] for immediate consideration!
