Your enthusiasm for sales, combined with your technical knowledge and customer service skills, will help expand our market presence and ensure client satisfaction across various industries. Responsibilities * Engage in outside sales activities to identify and pursue new business opportunities within assigned territories. * Manage existing accounts through effective communication, upselling, and ensuring customer satisfaction. * Conduct product demonstrations and technical sales presentations to showcase our Window and Door solutions. * Generate leads through cold calling, networking, and leveraging CRM software to track prospects and follow-ups. * Develop strategic territory management plans to maximize sales potential across designated regions. * Collaborate with marketing teams to implement campaigns that attract new clients and retain current customers. * Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms with clients to close sales effectively while maintaining profitability. Requirements * Proven experience in outside sales, B2B sales, or technology sales with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets. * Strong management skills with the ability to handle territory management and account oversight. * Excellent negotiation, communication, and customer service skills. * Familiarity with CRM software such as Lead Perfection for lead generation and pipeline management. * Ability to conduct product demos and technical presentations confidently. * Knowledge of retail sales, inside sales, cold calling techniques, and upselling strategies. * Analysis skills for assessing market trends and identifying new opportunities.
