Responsibilities

• Engage in outside sales activities to identify and pursue new business opportunities within assigned territories.
• Manage existing accounts through effective communication, upselling, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Conduct product demonstrations and technical sales presentations to showcase our Window and Door solutions.
• Generate leads through cold calling, networking, and leveraging CRM software to track prospects and follow-ups.
• Develop strategic territory management plans to maximize sales potential across designated regions.
• Collaborate with marketing teams to implement campaigns that attract new clients and retain current customers.
• Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms with clients to close sales effectively while maintaining profitability.

Requirements

• Proven experience in outside sales, B2B sales, or technology sales with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
• Strong management skills with the ability to handle territory management and account oversight.
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and customer service skills.
• Familiarity with CRM software such as Lead Perfection for lead generation and pipeline management.
• Ability to conduct product demos and technical presentations confidently.
• Knowledge of retail sales, inside sales, cold calling techniques, and upselling strategies.
