This position is responsible for the southeastern (Atlanta HQ), east coast (New York branch) and west coast (Los Angeles branch) states, we pride ourselves on our extensive cold storage facilities and commitment to exceptional customer service. Summary We are seeking a Wholesale Manager to join our dynamic team at Galaxy Global International LLC. In this role, you will be responsible for managing wholesale operations, driving sales growth, and developing strategic relationships with clients across the United States. Responsibilities: * Break down personal sales targets based on company strategy to ensure timely achievement of assigned sales goals. * Actively explore the market, research, approach, and negotiate with potential clients to expand the customer base and maintain strong relationships. * Manage customer accounts through CRM software like Salesforce, ensuring timely updates and submitting daily work reports. * Develop a deep understanding of company products and customer needs, taking full ownership of sales results with a goal-oriented mindset. * Occasional business travel is required; gas expenses are reimbursed with valid receipts. An additional 1% commission is awarded for monthly sales turnover exceeding USD 100,000. Requirements: * Bachelor's degree or above, with at least 3 years of industry experience in food distribution, wholesale, or seafood sales. * Fluent in English & Spanish, with strong business communication skills. * Strong sales passion, excellent communication skills, and a long-term commitment to career growth within the company. * Proficiency in CRM, WMS, Google Drive, and Microsoft Office. * Quick learner with strong adaptability, able to handle pressure and comfortable with business travel. Preferred Qualifications & Additional Information: * Cantonese, Hokkien, or Wenzhou dialect speakers preferred; foreign sales professionals are also welcome. * Strong sales mindset with the ability to promote oneself and actively acquire clients. * Flexible working hours; sales locations require reporting and check-ins. * Compensation includes a base salary plus commission; must be capable of independently closing deals and using sales systems. * Experience in the food industry is preferred. * A 30-day training and evaluation period is required before officially handling sales. * Career advancement opportunities include promotion to business manager or company partner.
