Overview ARCpoint Labs of West Palm Beach is seeking a results-driven Occupational Health Sales Representative to expand our employer and industrial client base across Palm Beach County. This is an independent contractor (1099), commission-only role focused on new business development within occupational health, compliance, and workplace safety services. This opportunity is ideal for a self-directed sales professional who thrives on autonomy, enjoys opening doors and winning accounts, and wants direct control over income through performance-based compensation. About Us ARCpoint Labs of West Palm Beach is a leading provider of occupational health services, clinical testing, drug & alcohol testing, background screening, and workplace safety programs. We serve employers across construction, logistics, healthcare, manufacturing, transportation, staffing, and government sectors throughout Palm Beach County. We are actively expanding employer partnerships, onsite and mobile testing programs, and compliance-driven occupational health services. Role Structure * Independent contractor (1099) * Commission-only; uncapped earnings * No base salary, draw, or guaranteed hours * Paid on collected revenue * Contractors control their own schedule and prospecting approach This role is posted as full-time due to income potential; contractors may operate part-time or full-time at their discretion. Responsibilities * Prospect, contact, and meet with local employers in Palm Beach County * Build relationships with HR leaders, safety managers, operations leaders, and staffing agencies * Present ARCpoint's occupational health, compliance, and testing solutions * Coordinate demos, onsite visits, and customized employer programs * Acquire new employer accounts and drive early revenue * Collaborate with leadership on pricing, scope, and onsite event opportunities * Attend industry and networking events as desired * Manage your own book of business with full autonomy This is a new-account acquisition role , not an account management position. Skills * Proven success in B2B sales (occupational health, medical, healthcare services, staffing, safety, or compliance preferred) * Strong negotiation and closing skills * Excellent communication and presentation abilities * Comfort engaging senior decision-makers * Outside sales experience with a performance-driven mindset * Ability to assess customer needs and align solutions accordingly * Familiarity with standard productivity tools (Word, PowerPoint, email, CRM experience a plus) Why This Opportunity This role focuses on acquiring employer accounts in a high-demand occupational health market.
