We're a growing roofing company looking for 10 outside sales reps who know how to connect with people and turn conversations into contracts. This is a sales-only role. No project management. No babysitting jobs. You sell -- we handle the rest. What You'll Be Doing * Meeting homeowners face-to-face * Inspecting roofs and presenting solutions * Networking with homeowners, realtors, property managers, and referrals * Educating customers on the roofing process and next steps * Closing deals and handing them off to production What We're Looking For * Sales experience preferred * Hospitality, restaurant, or service-industry backgrounds strongly encouraged (Some of our top performers came from bartending, serving, and hospitality) * Confident, personable, and professional * Competitive mindset with strong communication skills * Reliable transportation and valid driver's license * Comfortable working outside and talking to new people daily What We Offer * High commission structure with no cap ($100,000/ year is easy) * Proven training and ongoing support * Strong production team -- you focus on selling * Marketing materials and systems in place * Advancement opportunities for top performers The Reality This is not hourly.
