We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Senior Non-Attorney Salesperson to lead our Charlotte sales team. This role combines advanced sales expertise with team leadership, focusing on closing high-value cases and mentoring junior staff. This position offers a competitive base salary of $80,000 plus commission with significant earning potential. What You'll Do Close sales with qualified leads, focusing on complex or high-value immigration cases, and exceed aggressive revenue targets. Mentor and train junior non-attorney salespersons through coaching, role- play, and ongoing feedback to improve team performance. Lead team meetings and sales training sessions to share best practices and develop closing skills across the team. Develop and refine sales strategies, scripts, and processes to improve conversion rates and revenue generation. Analyze sales data and metrics to identify trends and implement process improvements that drive results. Build trust with prospective clients by demonstrating empathy and expertise while securing signed retainer agreements. What We're Looking For At least 3 years of sales experience with proven track record of exceeding revenue targets, preferably in professional services. Minimum 1 year of experience mentoring or leading sales teams and developing junior staff. Strong communication skills in English required, bilingual Spanish/English strongly preferred. Exceptional ability to close complex or high-value sales and handle sophisticated objections. Demonstrated leadership skills with ability to coach, train, and inspire sales team members. Deep understanding of consultative sales methodologies and strategic sales planning. Proficiency with CRM systems and sales analytics tools.
