Sales Representative Job Description CertaPro Painters of Colorado Springs is looking for someone who can do residential and commercial sales in Colorado Springs and the surrounding areas. We have a growing business and we need to add another high performing employee. We have a great team of employees and painters and we like to have fun while taking care of our customers. CertaPro is a franchise and the local owner would like to hire someone who lives in the area. CertaPro is the industry leader in the country for residential and commercial painting. We have an office in Colorado Springs (I-25 and Garden of the Gods). Experience in the paint industry is not needed for this role. Highlights of the Sales Management Role: * $80,000-$120,000 uncapped compensation expected. 100% commission structure with a floor salary to ensure some income. Uncapped earning potential. 401K provided with company match. * Work from home or your company vehicle. Flexible work schedule not in an office all day. * 90%+ of your residential leads are provided to you, (the leads are also pre-qualified). Our office schedules your estimates for you. * Commercial Sales requires someone to go introduce themselves to property managers and develop trusting relationships with huge upside as these jobs can be over $100,000. * Company provided golf shirts, laptop, vehicle and cell phone. * Thorough in person training with owner and other employees supplemented by the state of the art CertaPro University Training Courses. * There is already a proven, national model that works that we will train you on. * Great company culture with a fun team atmosphere. Sales Responsibilities: * With the residential sales, the representative will meet with customers at their home to estimate projects and review our processes. The estimates get scheduled for you. * Write detailed proposals and provide estimate to customer during the appointment using our proprietary computer technology. * Follow-up with customers on outstanding proposal- the office schedules the production start dates. * Commercial sales is an exciting, different role but we hope this candidate can start in residential and then learn how to call on commercial clients as soon as they are ready. * Respond to customer requests timely. * Visit the job sites to inspect work, thank the crew and customer. * Be committed to delivering an extraordinary customer experience. Sales Qualifications: * Exceptional communication skills with friendly, positive demeanor * Excellent Interpersonal skills * High attention to detail * Strong work ethic * Strong written/verbal skills, to include proof-reading and basic math skills for estimating * Basic computer skills * Proven record of ability to set, meet and exceed goals * Sales experience is not necessary but will help * Previous experience in the paint industry is not required or even needed.
