About the Role We are seeking an experienced sales representative (Exterior Consultant) to join our growing team in Richmond, VA , or surrounding areas. This is an outstanding opportunity for a proven sales professional passionate about building relationships, solving real problems for homeowners, and establishing a lucrative career in exterior sales and restoration. You will conduct thorough inspections, consult with clients, and guide them toward optimal solutions for their roofing, siding, gutters, and other exterior needs. Key Responsibilities * Conduct detailed exterior inspections (roofing, siding, gutters, etc.) to assess conditions and identify opportunities for improvement * Engage with homeowners to understand their needs and deliver tailored, professional recommendations * Foster lasting client relationships while ensuring an outstanding customer experience from initial contact through project completion * Uphold Kenneth Daniels Roofing's reputation by embodying professionalism, integrity, and enthusiasm in every interaction * Manage lead follow-up and support the seamless progression of projects Qualifications * Proven track record in sales, preferably in roofing, exteriors, home improvement, or a related field * Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a genuine focus on customer satisfaction * Self-driven with a goal-oriented approach and ability to generate and close leads * Physical ability to lift up to 20 pounds and safely climb ladders * Reliable personal transportation and valid driver's license * Ability to pass a background check and maintain a clean Motor Vehicle Record * Coachable mindset, positive attitude, and eagerness to grow within a high-performing team Prior experience in exterior sales or customer-facing roles is strongly preferred --we value candidates who can hit the ground running and contribute immediately.
