Le/la Responsable du Developpement des Partenaires est charge(e) de stimuler le developpement commercial, d'atteindre les objectifs de vente, d'analyser les tendances du marche et d'identifier des relations strategiques avec des partenaires. Ce role consiste a developper et promouvoir des pratiques de vente pour le calcul haute performance (HPC), les stations de travail et les solutions de science des donnees au sein de l'ecosysteme des partenaires, afin de leur permettre de proposer des solutions de pointe pour des charges de travail intensives en calcul. Vous devrez comprendre, piloter et atteindre les objectifs de vente sur des initiatives conues de maniere centralisee, en utilisant des outils globaux pour promouvoir les activites locales des canaux. Vous serez affecte(e) a des opportunites actives pour accelerer les ventes des partenaires, soutenir la configuration de transactions complexes et la tarification. Responsabilit es: * Mener les efforts de developpement commercial et executer les objectifs de vente. * Favoriser l'adoption de pratiques de vente centrees sur le client et basees sur le portefeuille dans l'ecosysteme des partenaires. * Analyser les tendances du marche et identifier des partenaires potentiels avec des capacites emergentes. * Developper les competences et les pratiques de vente avec les partenaires prioritaires. * Exploiter les donnees de performance pour evaluer et ameliorer l'efficacite des partenaires. * Incuber des activites et generer des revenus pour les produits et solutions assignes. * Collaborer avec des revendeurs externes, des distributeurs et HP Financial Services. * Selectionner et segmenter les partenaires, en soutenant leur adoption, la creation de pratiques et la certification dans leur domaine de specialisation. * Outiller les partenaires avec des propositions de valeur, des supports, des formations, et les connecter aux ressources de support technique. * Co-vendre avec les partenaires jusqu'a ce qu'ils puissent operer de maniere autonome. Formation et exp erience recommandees * Diplome de licence (Bachelor) souhaite mais non obligatoire. * Experience averee en developpement commercial et vente de solutions HPC ou stations de travail. * Succes demontre dans des environnements lies a la science des donnees, IA/ML ou calcul intensif. * Succes demontre dans l'analyse de marche et le recrutement de nouveaux partenaires. * Solides competences organisationnelles et en gestion de programmes. * Experience en vente et interaction avec les parties prenantes. Connaissances et comp etences * Maitrise du developpement commercial et de l'atteinte des objectifs de vente pour les solutions HPC, stations de travail et science des donnees. * Solides competences en collaboration et capacite a diriger des equipes transverses. * Expertise en analyse de marche, recrutement et integration de nouveaux partenaires. Capacite a exploiter les indicateurs de performance pour evaluer l'efficacite des partenaires. * Maitrise des outils numeriques, y compris la collaboration a distance et les outils de vente assistes par IA. * Nouvelles technologies et IA : Interet et confiance dans l'adoption de nouvelles technologies, en particulier l'IA, pour ameliorer la performance commerciale et l'engagement client. Capacite a apprendre rapidement et a appliquer des solutions numeriques, ainsi qu'a utiliser les insights IA pour des decisions plus intelligentes et des interactions client personnalisees. R emuneration La remuneration cible (OTE) pour ce poste se situe entre $132,150 to $179,750 CAD par an, avec une repartition 60 % / 40 % (salaire / prime). Job Description The Partner Development Manager, also known as a Practice Builder, is responsible for driving business development, achieving sales targets, analyzing market trends, and identifying strategic partner relationships. This role focuses on developing and promoting selling practices forhigh- performance computing (HPC), Workstations, and data science solutions within the partner ecosystem, enabling partners to deliver cutting-edge solutions for computing-intensive workloads. You will understand, drive and achieve sales targets on centrally designed initiatives, utilizing global tools to promote local channel business. You will be assigned to active opportunities to accelerate Partner sales, support complex deals configurations, and pricing. * Key Responsibilities * Lead business development efforts and execute sales targets. * Drive adoption of portfolio-based, customer-centric selling practices across partner ecosystem * Analyze market trends and identify potential partners with emerging capabilities. * Develop capabilities and selling practices with priority partners. * Leverage performance data to assess and improve partner effectiveness. * Incubate business and grow revenue for assigned products and solutions. * Collaborate with external resellers, distributors, and HP Financial Services. * Select and segment partners, supporting their adoption, practice building, and certification in their focus area. * Enable partners with value proposition, collaterals, training on their focus area, links them to technical support resources. * Co-sell with partners until they can operate independently. Education & Experience Recommended: * Bachelor's degree is preferred but not required. * Proven experience in business development and sales of workstation or HPC solutions. * Demonstrated success in data science, AI/ML, or compute-intensive environments. * Demonstrated success in market analysis and recruiting new partners * Strong organizational and program management skills. * Experience in selling and stakeholder interaction. Knowledge & Skills * Proficiency in business development and achieving sales targets for workstation Solutions, HPC, and data science solutions. * Strong collaboration skills and the ability to lead cross-functional teams. * Expertise market analysis, recruiting new partners, and onboarding them. Ability to leverage performance metrics to assess partner effectiveness. * Digital fluency, including remote collaboration and AI-enabled sales tools. * New Technology and AI : Interest and confidence in adopting new technologies, especially AI, to enhance sales performance and customer engagement. Ability to quickly learn and apply digital solutions and use AI insights for smarter decisions and personalized customer interactions. For positions supporting customers or partners in the Province of Quebec, employees are required to have a basic working knowledge of English, including the ability to read, write, and speak. Salary The on-target earnings (OTE) range for this role is $132,150 to $179,750 annually with a 60%/40% (salary/incentive) mix.
