ABOUT LEVELLO CONSTRUCTION Levello Construction is a residential exterior restoration company serving Colorado's Front Range. We specialize in roofing, gutters, siding, and painting, with a concierge-level approach that prioritizes education, clear communication, and mutual respect. As demand continues to increase, we are seeking a driven, personable Exterior Construction Sales Representative to join our team. We provide structured onboarding, hands-on training, and ongoing support to ensure our representatives are confident, informed, and set up for long-term success. WE 'D LOVE TO SPEAK WITH YOU IF YOU: * Have experience in sales, customer service, or relationship-based consulting * Are ambitious, accountable, and results-oriented * Are comfortable asking for the business while maintaining professionalism and trust * Communicate clearly and build rapport with a wide range of homeowners * Are able (or eager to learn) to assess residential exterior conditions * Genuinely enjoy helping people protect and improve their homes * Stay persistent and focused even when challenges arise * Demonstrate strong emotional intelligence and adaptability * Want to build a career; not just chase commissions; with a growing company IN THIS ROLE, YOU WILL: * Represent Levello Construction with professionalism and integrity from first contact to project completion * Guide homeowners through inspections, estimates, and when applicable the insurance claim process * Conduct residential roof and exterior inspections for weather-related damage * Build and maintain a referral network with homeowners and industry partners * Follow up with past clients to maintain relationships and identify future needs * Participate in networking, marketing, and community events * Create satisfied clients who generate repeat business, referrals, and positive reviews * Continue developing your sales and industry knowledge through ongoing training QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE: * Ability to work independently after training * Positive, professional demeanor * Strong written and verbal communication skills * Comfortable using CRM systems, mobile apps, and basic office technology * High school diploma or equivalent (required) * Ability to climb ladders and perform roof inspections * Organized, detail-oriented, and able to follow established processes * Valid driver's license (required) Job Type: Full-time Pay: $65,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year Benefits: * Dental insurance * Health insurance * Life insurance * Paid training * Professional development assistance * Vision insurance Work Location: In person
