You'll be provided with warm, ready-to-go leads --your job is to build relationships, walk customers through their options, and close the sale. This position is 100% commission-based after training, which means your income is in your control. You'll be responsible for the following activities to succeed in this role: * Meet homeowners and discuss their painting needs * Measure, estimate, and prepare proposals * Coordinate color consultations * Follow up and close sales * Generate referrals and support marketing efforts * Hit or exceed monthly sales goals * What You Bring to the Table From day one, we want you to find success as an Outside Sales Representative.
