Delta Horizon Marketing is expanding in the Sacramento area and we're looking for full-time Sales Representatives to join our in-person sales team. If you enjoy talking to people, working in a fast-paced environment, and being rewarded for your results, this could be a great fit. You'll represent well-known nonprofit and commercial clients at approved retail and event locations, speaking with customers face-to-face and helping them understand current promotions and campaigns. Schedule * Monday - Friday, 8:30 AM - 5:30 PM * Weekend work available but optional (not required) Compensation & Employment Details * Base pay $175/week plus Uncapped, performance-based commission on top of base pay * Employment type: Full-time, W-2 * Opportunities for advancement into leadership roles based on performance What You 'll Do * Engage with customers in person at retail stores and community events * Clearly explain campaign details, promotions, and services * Answer questions and provide a positive, professional experience * Process new customer sign-ups and accurately collect information * Meet daily and weekly activity and sales goals * Work closely with your team and team leader to improve skills and results * Maintain a professional appearance and represent our clients with integrity What We 're Looking For * Strong communication and people skills * Comfortable speaking with customers face-to-face throughout the day * Positive attitude and willingness to learn * Reliable and punctual, with consistent follow-through * Ability to work on-site at retail/event locations in the Sacramento area * Previous customer service, retail, or sales experience is helpful but not required Work Environment * This is an in-person role; it is not remote. * Work takes place inside partner retail stores and/or at organized events (no door-to-door sales and no cold-calling). * You'll be on your feet and interacting with customers for most of your shift.
