A Little Rock insurance agency is in need of a licensed insurance agent. Pay is $50k Hours are Mon-Fri 8am-5pm. Responsibilities: - Develop and maintain relationships with clients to understand their insurance needs - Educate clients on different insurance products and coverage options - Provide personalized insurance recommendations based on client's specific needs - Conduct thorough analysis of client's current insurance policies and identify any gaps in coverage - Sell various types of insurance policies, including auto and home insurance - Assist clients with claims processing and provide support throughout the claims process - Stay up-to-date with industry trends and changes in insurance regulations - Utilize telemarketing and outside sales techniques to generate leads and expand client base Qualifications: - Proven experience as an Insurance Agent or in a similar sales role - Strong customer service skills with the ability to build rapport and establish trust with clients - Excellent communication and negotiation skills - Ability to analyze complex information and provide clear explanations to clients - Proficient in using computer systems and software applications related to insurance sales - Knowledge of HIPAA regulations and compliance standards If you are a motivated individual with a passion for sales and customer service, we encourage you to apply for the position of Insurance Agent.
