Full description of the position

Responsibilities / Duties * Communicating with customers, making outbound calls to potential customers, and following up on leads; * Collaborate with marketing, operations, and internal systems (EIP), product management, and BDM/Account Managers to facilitate new program, messages, campaigns, and offerings. * Maintain and expand database of prospects within assigned territory; * Order & Forecast Monitoring: work with Sales team to come out forecast for customer and factory; * Work with sales & FAE team to resolve customer issue quickly; * Work with BDM to generate leads, proposals, quotes, bids, vendor applications, and orders. * Follow up on RMA, ease of return for customer, on time repair and return to customer; * Prepare packing pick list, forward invoice & Payment tracking; * Review sales order and customer credit term and limit; * Responsible for analyzing shipping schedule; * Interface with purchasing, Sales, shipping and Finance to coordinate and ensure delivery of product; * Other duties as assigned. Qualifications / Attributes * Bachelor's degree or equivalent 2+ year of work experience * 1-3 years in technology sales environment * Track record of driving results faster with a sense of urgency * Superior written/oral communication and presentation skills * Systematic but flexible, self-directed; can prioritize and manage multiple work streams * Must have a desire to learn new technologies * Courteous and professional phone manner, demeanor, and attitude are essential * Bilingual in English and Mandarin (Chinese) About Us IEI Integration Corp. builds up the business as a leading industrial computer provider, and turns to artificial intelligence and networking edge computing.
