Summary We are seeking an Inside Sales Representative to join our dynamic team at North Texas Health Agents. In this role, you will work closely with our top sales agents to learn the ins and outs of health insurance sales while earning uncapped income based on your performance. This position is ideal for motivated individuals looking to achieve financial freedom through results- driven work. Responsibilities * Engage with potential clients to understand their health insurance needs and provide tailored solutions. * Conduct follow-up calls and emails to nurture leads and close sales. * Collaborate with senior sales agents to learn best practices and effective sales techniques. * Utilize CRM software to track interactions and manage client relationships effectively. * Negotiate terms and conditions with clients to finalize agreements. * Provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales process to ensure client satisfaction, while consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets.
