We bring distressed homes back to explementary condition, rent them back out to the public, or distribute them back into the public. This isn't just a job, this is a career. Job Description: * Show rental properties in Colorado Springs and Fountain. * Schedule & preform property safety inspections. * Communicate with & assist in overseeing construction workers * Upkeep properties, such as painting, changing locks, cleaning, etc * Post and file tenant eviction notices * Communicate and meet with real estate appraisers * Other tasks delegated by management Requirements: * Must have 2+ years of sales experience * Must have reliable transportation, auto insurance and valid US Drivers license * Ability to preform and pass a background check * Available Tuesday-Saturday 9:00am to 6:00pm Job Types: Full-time, Part-time Pay: From $18.00 per hour Expected hours: 30 - 40 per week Benefits: * Employee discount * Flexible schedule * Paid time off Work Location: In person
