Overview Job Overview Neto's Roofing is a family-owned roofing company based in El Paso, TX. We are looking for motivated, reliable, and money-driven individuals to join our team as Roofing Sales Representatives. This is a 1099, commission-only position. There is no hourly pay and no base salary. Your income is based entirely on the deals you help close. This role is ideal for individuals who want flexibility, unlimited earning potential, and are comfortable working directly with homeowners. Training is provided. Roofing experience is helpful but not required. What This Role Really Looks Like (Day-to-Day) As a Roofing Sales Representative, you will be working in the field around El Paso and surrounding areas. Your main focus is to connect with homeowners, identify roofing needs, and guide them through the process. Your responsibilities include: * Talking to homeowners door-to-door or through referrals * Setting and running roofing appointments * Performing basic roof inspections (training provided) * Explaining roofing options (repair, replacement, insurance claims) * Answering homeowner questions clearly and honestly * Following up with potential customers * Helping close roofing jobs You will not be sitting at a desk all day. This is an active, field-based sales role. Lead Generation This role involves self-generated leads, including: * Door-to-door canvassing * Following up with warm leads * Referrals and networking * Assigned areas within El Paso Leads may also be provided occasionally, but you should be comfortable creating your own opportunities. Pay Structure (Important - Please Read) * Commission-only (1099 contractor) * No base pay, hourly wage, or salary * Earnings are based on closed roofing jobs * Commission is paid per deal * There is no cap on commissions Typical earnings range: * Part-time effort: supplemental income * Full-time effort: $50,000-$120,000+ per year, depending on performance Your income depends on your consistency, effort, and ability to follow up. What We're Looking For * Comfortable talking to homeowners face-to-face * Self-motivated and reliable * Willing to learn roofing and sales process * Good communication skills * Has a smartphone and reliable transportation * Sales experience is a plus, but not required If you've done door-to-door sales, solar, pest control, alarms, or roofing before, you'll likely do well here.
