Group Company: Old Dominion Mechanical, LLC Designation : Project Sales Manager Office Location: Henrico, VA Position Description: We are currently seeking a Project Sales Manager to play a pivotal role in driving our company's growth by identifying and capitalizing on new business opportunities. Your primary responsibility will be to work as both a team player and a coach and possess the skills to produce sales as well as train and motivate a dynamic team towards success. Responsibilities

:

• Maintain responsibility for performance of all sales activities within the Richmond/ Charlottesville area.
• Establish and strategically build a solid customer base.
• Recruit, train, and motivate a Sales team toward hitting specified sales goals.Set team goals and conduct quarterly performance reviews with all team members.
• Provide strong leadership to achieve maximum profitability and growth in conjunction with company goals.
• Lead by example, using the established sales processes, and close a high percentage of the leads that you and your team generate.
• Continually analyze the sales process in an effort to refine and improve its success, and work with upper management to establish sales reporting framework.
• Strive to achieve the highest levels of customer satisfaction with all customer interactions. Educational

Qualifications

Preferred:

• Bachelor's degree in business administration or related field (Preferred) Required Work Experience:
• Industry: Special Projects / Construction (Experience in mechanical, plumbing, electrical is a plus)
• Role: Safety Officer or Safety Coordinator
• Years of Experience: 5+ sales experience in special projects / construction, 4+ years in team management Required Skills:
• Excellent managerial and financial skills and the ability to take leadership over any business operations area.
• Superlative communication skills, particularly the ability to communicate as a leader.
• Thorough understanding of management and financial practices in all areas and phases of business operations.
• Strong track record of accomplishments and promotions in the Sales field
• Highly personable, with the ability to quickly build relationships Required Physical Abilities:
• Ability to walk construction sites, climb ladders, and work outdoors in various weather conditions
• Must be able to lift up to 25 lbs occasionally
