Grieco Ford of Delray Beach is looking for a professional, positive, BDC Representatives. NO COLD CALLING- OVER 1500 INQUIRIES FROM CUSTOMERS PER MONTH Responsibilities & Qualifications for BDC Representatives Include: * Prior customer relations or BDC/Call Center experience is preferred, but not required. We are willing to train and develop the right individual *Answer all incoming sales calls and internet inquiries and follow up with all inquiries. 10+ calls per hour is required. * Follow up on missed appointments *Follow up with internet leads via phone, text and email to secure an appointment *Contact customers prior to their appointment date to confirm appointment. *Follow up their visit to ensure they were satisfied and see if there is anything we can do further to earn their business. * Set appointments for customers to come into the dealership * Proactively pursue customer retention lists/programs * Must feel comfortable learning and using email and phone scripts Responsibilities & Qualifications for BDC Include: *Knowledge of the Automotive business * Confident, positive, and high-energy presence- work oriented mind * Strong communication skills on the phone and in email * Team-oriented with a desire to achieve both individual and collective goals * Leadership skills * Ability to take constructive criticism and coach your employees * Reliable and dependent * Bi-Lingual a Plus!
