Responsibilities * Engage with potential clients through outside sales efforts, including community outreach, telemarketing campaigns, and retail sales environments * Meet with individuals, families, or business owners to assess their financial goals and protection needs. * Ask discovery questions to understand income, debts, values, and long-term and short-term goals * Manage sales administration tasks such as processing applications, updating client records, and maintaining accurate documentation in compliance with HIPAA regulations and benefits administration standards * Develop marketing strategies to attract new customers while nurturing existing client relationships through excellent customer service * Able to effectively recommend insurance products that align with the client's situation (term life, IULs, annuities, and health coverage) * maintain active state licensing * Adhere to all regulatory and ethical standards Qualifications * Proven experience in outside sales, retail sales, or telemarketing within the insurance or financial services industry is highly desirable * Strong negotiation skills coupled with excellent communication abilities to articulate value propositions compellingly * Demonstrated analysis skills to assess client needs accurately and recommend appropriate solutions * Be coachable * Familiarity with sales administration tools and CRM systems for managing client information efficiently * Knowledge of insurance sales practices, benefits administration procedures, and HIPAA compliance standards * Exceptional customer service skills with a proactive attitude towards problem-solving and relationship building * Ability to work independently while collaborating within a team-oriented environment Embark on a career where your enthusiasm and positive attitude makes a difference in the lives you serve and your financial stability! Job Type: Part-time Projected Total Compensation: $1,200.00 - $5,000.00 per week Application Question(s): * Compensation for this role is commission-based, offering flexibility for both full-time and part-time schedules. Part-time team members typically earn between $1,000 and $4,000 per month.
