This opportunity supports multiple Farmers agencies within a District Manager's territory and is ideal for motivated, high-performing individuals who enjoy sales, relationship building, and long-term career growth. This role offers a remote work setup, structured training, and advancement opportunities through Farmers' development paths, including options for leadership growth over time. Experience and Credentials Required:

• Active California Property & Casualty License (newly licensed candidates welcome)
• Must reside in Southern California , including:
• Riverside (within a 25-mile radius)
• Victorville
• Palm Desert / Palm Springs
• Surrounding inland Southern California areas Preferred:
• 1+ years of insurance, sales, or customer service experience
• Strong communication skills and a results-driven mindset
• Experience with Farmers Insurance or another major carrier What We 're Looking For

Responsibilities

• Engage prospective and existing clients via phone, email, and virtual meetings

• Generate quotes and close new business opportunities
• Maintain accurate records in CRM systems
• Build and manage a consistent sales pipeline
• Collaborate with agency leadership to support growth initiatives Work Schedule
