Mark Ficken Ford Lincoln, a rapidly growing Ford Lincoln dealer in beautiful Charlotte NC., is seeking a Commercial Sales Manager to join our winning team. After 60 days, this position is eligible for a full benefit package including medical, dental, vision, 401k and employee pricing on vehicle purchases. Our ideal candidate is a result-driven individual with a record of proven success in automotive sales, team management, customer satisfaction and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. Previous regional commercial sales experience, Ford BPN certification and knowledge of Reynolds & Reynolds software a plus. Responsibilities: * Act as primary point-of-contact for all commercial accounts. * Identify and pursue local commercial business opportunities. Seek out new accounts while building and maintaining current client relationships. * Set aggressive monthly goals and create strategies and processes for achieving goals. * Design and implement client follow-up plan to ensure satisfaction and continued business. Requirements: * Four year degree or equivalent work experience * Must have Domestic Fleet, and or Government Fleet Sales Experience * Proven record of success in sales - preferably B2B sales * Stellar communication and leadership skills. * Strong attention to detail and ability to understand the "big picture." * Solid work ethic and a tenacious attitude. * Commercial vehicle knowledge We provide complete paid training as well as career growth opportunities, a well-planned commission structure, paid time off after a year of service and a company vehicle.
