Location: Remote (Central Time Zone) Salary: Negotiable, expected $100,000 range + benefits Employment Type: Full-time Probation Period: 3 months About Us: Anatomic Iron Inc. is a market leader in structural steel detailing and engineering, providing services to the U.S. and Canadian steel markets for over 20 years. We specialize in complex steel preconstruction, estimating, structure detailing, precast concrete detailing, engineering, connection design, and project renderings. Some of our notable projects include the Denver International Airport Hotel and Train Canopy and the Mercedes-Benz Atlanta Falcons stadium. Position Overview: We are looking for a USA-based Business Development Manager, preferably in the CET zone area, to join our team. This is a remote work role with long-term career growth opportunities as we continue to expand. As BDM you will be responsible for developing and maintaining client relationships, achieving sales targets, and promoting all business lines offered by Anatomic Iron Inc. Frequent US travel is a requirement for this position. Key Responsibilities: * Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing clients in the US and Canadian construction industry. * Strategic planning including market research and sales forecasts by services * Work closely with the team to meet monthly and yearly sales targets and to achieve overall company objectives. * Promote, negotiate, and sell all Anatomic Iron Inc. services including steel detailing, preconstruction, design detailing, precast concrete detailing, engineering, and connection design, as well as project renderings and animations. * Conduct regular in person client visits to existing customers for relationship management. * Visit potential clients in person and deliver sales presentations to secure new business. * Follow up with ongoing and past project bids and convert to closed sales * Attend industry trade shows to promote and sell Anatomic Iron Inc. services. Qualifications: * ~10 years of experience in sales (constructions sales preferable) * Ability to prepare and deliver project bids and proposals to clients * Solid understanding of the structural steel industry (steel detailing experience is a significant asset). * Basic knowledge of engineering platforms Adobe & Bluebeam * Ability to read and understand structural design drawings is a strong asset. * Excellent communication and relationship-building skills. * University degree or college diploma (marketing or construction/engineering designations an asset) * Well-organized with strong time-management abilities. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office and strong typing skills. * Experience with Salesforce or CRM platforms is an asset.
