Tammy Parks Agency is currently hiring Licensed Insurance Sales Representatives to join our rapidly growing team. We are seeking experienced and motivated individuals that thrive off of success and interested in making a meaningful impact in the insurance industry. Our agency proudly represents Allstate Insurance and serves and protects consumers in the state of Georgia. Benefits * Paid Holidays/Paid Time Off * Retirement Plan Options * Career Development & Growth Opportunities * Potential for Agency Ownership * Hours are Monday-Thursday 8:30 am -5:30 pm and Friday 8am-5pm * Avg of 30 leads per day purchased for you. * Live transfers daily * Career Advancement Opportunities/Promotions Requirements: * Must have a Valid Georgia Property & Casualty Insurance License * Sales Experience - 1 Year Minimum * Previous Allstate Insurance Experience Preferred * Ability to handle customer rejection. * Maintain a positive and enthusiastic attitude. * Build relationships from scratch. * Excellent presentation skills. * Self-confident and self-motivated, able to work independently. * Strong multitasking abilities. * Previous sales experience. * Goal-oriented mindset. * Effective communication and negotiation skills. * Strong listening and closing abilities. * Bi-Lingual (Spanish/English) a PLUS * Ability to pass pre-employment background/credit check Responsibilities * Handle incoming live transfers from telemarketers and successfully close sales. * Ensure compliance with underwriting, rating, and regulatory requirements. * Generate insurance quotes, deliver sales presentations, and finalize sales. * Stay updated on new product offerings. * Share training and educational expertise with team members. * Meet daily phone time & sales quotas as directed by management.
