Outdoor Elements is a fast-growing manufacturer of high-end outdoor living products--modern fire pits, luxury metalwork, custom fabrication, and more. We're expanding our team and looking for a motivated CNC Fiber Laser Operator who can not only run production, but also help support sales by quoting jobs, talking with customers, and being the technical expert at the table. If you love metal, machines, and people--this role hits all three. CNC Fiber Laser Operation * Assist with running and maintaining our Fiber CNC fiber laser cutter * Prep materials, load sheets, pull parts, handle deburring, cleanup, and staging * Inspect parts for accuracy and quality standards * Work with design and production to optimize cut times and workflows * Keep the shop organized, efficient, and safe * Assist with basic maintenance, lens checks, nozzle changes, and troubleshooting *Sales & Quoting Support * Review customer drawings, DXF files, and specs for manufacturability * Create quotes for custom laser cutting jobs using our quoting software * Communicate with customers by phone/email about project details and turnaround times * Help identify upsell or cross-sell opportunities (materials, coatings, finishing, etc.) * Represent OE's quality and service standards--professional, friendly, reliable * Reach out to other fabrication shops and potential customers. What We 're Looking For * 1-3 years experience operating CNC fiber lasers * Ability to read technical drawings and understand tolerances * Good mechanical aptitude--you're comfortable around machines and tools * Experience with CAD/CAM, nesting software, or CNC programming (bonus) * Strong communication skills--you can talk shop with customers and keep things clear * Self-driven, organized, and not afraid to take ownership * Comfortable juggling production work and customer-facing tasks Job Type: Full-time Pay: $20.00 - $35.00 per hour Work Location: In person
