Job Summary We are seeking a highly motivated detail-oriented Sales Executive to join our team. The Sales Executive will be responsible for working alongside our customers to ensure their benefits fit their needs for themselves and their small businesses. You will play a crucial role in helping individuals navigate their insurance options so that they can make an informed decision. Job Duties - Communicate with clients on a day to day basis to assist them with understanding how they can maximize their benefits. -Conduct tasks including preparing quotes, processing applications and post sale customer service. -Acquire information from clients in order to identify the product that fits their needs. -Conduct exceptional customer service throughout the sales process and post sale. -Conduct outbound and Inbound calls to reach potential clients Requirements -Exceptional Customer service and Communication Skills -Ability to simplify information so that clients may understand complex material -Incredible work ethic and determination -Prior experience in retail sales and customer service is not required but a plus as long as you're coachable and driven! -Full-Time in office availability.
