Commercial Flooring Consultant - 3+ Years Flooring Experience Required - $80K-$110K Potential DeSitter Flooring (family-owned since 1920) is growing! We're looking for an experienced Commercial Flooring Consultant to join our award-winning team. If you have a background in flooring sales, project management, estimating, or installation , this is your chance to turn that expertise into a long- term, rewarding career. What You 'll Do * Build and maintain relationships with commercial clients (we're not a "bid house" -- most business is direct & relational). * Service and grow accounts, prepare estimates/proposals, and follow up to close business. * Travel to client sites with samples, provide on-site consultations, and manage projects with support from our operations team. What We 're Looking For * 3+ years' experience in flooring (sales, estimating, project management, or installation). * Detail-oriented, self-motivated, strong communicator, and a team player. * Comfortable managing multiple projects and clients.
