Full description of the position

Overview Subaru of Kennesaw is part of the Troncalli Automotive Group, a trusted and family-owned dealer group proudly celebrating 75 years of excellence in the automotive industry. Our organization has built its reputation on integrity, customer satisfaction, and community involvement. As we continue to grow, we are seeking a dynamic and experienced Automotive General Sales Manager to lead our dealership's sales team. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, extensive automotive sales experience, and a proven track record in managing high-end sales environments. This role involves overseeing all aspects of the sales department, including new and pre-owned vehicle operations, internet sales, and F&I collaboration. Responsibilities * Lead and motivate the sales team to achieve dealership sales targets and objectives that drive volume and profitability. * Oversee inventory management and control to ensure optimal stock levels of new and used vehicles. * Collaborate closely with F&I and Service Departments to ensure a seamless customer experience. * Provide exceptional customer service by maintaining excellent phone etiquette, communication skills, and professionalism. * Maintain compliance with OEM standards, policies, and performance metrics. * Analyze performance data to identify opportunities for growth and efficiency. Experience * Minimum of 5+ years in automotive sales management, with at least 2 years as GSM or Desk Manager preferred. * Demonstrated success in managing a sales pipeline using CRM software tools. * Experience with inventory management. * Excellent organizational skills coupled with effective communication abilities. * Strong knowledge of dealership operations, Pre-owned Market, CRM tools, and inventory management. * Exceptional leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. * Subaru experience a plus but not required.
