Full description of the position
Salary: $100k - 150k per year Reference: JOB-5348 Our client is seeking a Sales Engineer to support business development efforts in Rancho Cucamonga, CA. They are a global technology and services company supporting energy and industrial operations worldwide. This role focuses on expanding third-party Omni Seal testing services by identifying new opportunities, developing customer relationships, and executing targeted sales strategies while serving as a key liaison between commercial and technical teams to ensure customer requirements are clearly understood and addressed throughout the sales cycle. Responsibilities * Identify, capture, and qualify leads, converting them into active sales opportunities * Develop opportunity assessments and customer engagement plans aligned with Omni Seal testing capabilities * Prioritize opportunities and execute cross-sell and sell-up strategies * Develop tender and proposal strategies for third-party testing services * Conduct internal reviews of key tender and proposal components * Determine tender, proposal, and quotation disposition in coordination with internal stakeholders * Prepare, negotiate, and manage sales quotations through closure * Support contract-related activities including amendments, renewals, suspensions, and early terminations * Serve as the primary liaison between customers, sales, and technical teams to ensure alignment on scope and requirements * Investigate customer-related events or issues and validate findings as required * Collect and analyze market activity intelligence and unit-level data to support pipeline growth Qualifications * Sales experience combined with an engineering or technical background; Sales Engineer experience preferred * Proven ability to identify opportunities, build customer relationships, and execute targeted sales strategies * Experience supporting tender, proposal, and quotation processes in technical or industrial environments * Strong communication skills with the ability to translate technical concepts into customer-facing solutions * Experience working in manufacturing, testing, services, or other asset-intensive operations preferred * Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to manage multiple opportunities simultaneously * U.S. Citizenship required INDOMNIOmniForce Solutions
