We're looking for an experienced and driven Director of Sales to lead sales and occupancy performance for our Continuing Care Retirement Community (CCRC). This high-impact role offers exceptional earning potential with a commission target of $60K and a range of $30K to $120K+ , based on results. Your success directly drives your income and the growth of our community. What You 'll Do * Develop and execute sales & marketing strategies to achieve occupancy and revenue targets. * Lead, coach, and mentor the sales team to meet activity targets and key performance metrics. * Drive strong conversion performance across the sales funnel, including: * Inquiry-to-tour conversion * Tour-to-deposit conversion * Deposit-to-move-in conversion * Achieve personal and team goals for callouts, appointments, tours, presentations, deposits, and move-ins. * Analyze competitive trends, pricing, market conditions, and lead sources to refine strategies. * Build trusted relationships with prospective residents, families, and referral partners. * Collaborate with marketing to optimize lead generation and branding. * Ensure exceptional customer experience at every stage, from inquiry through move-in. What You 'll Bring * Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or related field preferred. * 5 plus years of sales leadership in CCRC/Life Plan communities. * Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed occupancy and revenue goals.
